Bullseye Breaks ("we," "us") runs live sports card breaks for collectors. This policy explains what we collect through our waitlist at bullseyebreaks.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Your mobile phone number, if you provide it.
- Our current waitlist form asks only for your email and an optional mobile number. Some earlier signups also chose to share optional details (favorite sport, favorite team and Whatnot username); we keep those older records under this policy but no longer collect these fields.
- Your confirmation that you are 18 or older.
- Consent records: which boxes you checked, the exact wording you agreed to, and when.
- Your browser type and a hashed (one-way scrambled) version of your IP address, used for spam prevention. We do not store your raw IP address.
How we use it
- To tell you our launch date, the break schedule and offers, by email if you opted in.
- To send text messages about drops, live breaks and offers, only if you checked the text box.
- For earlier signups who shared them, to understand which sports and teams our collectors care about so we plan the right breaks.
- To prevent spam, abuse and duplicate signups.
We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell your personal information. Mobile numbers and text message consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from email using the link in any email.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop messages.
- Request access or deletion of your information by emailing hello@bullseyebreaks.com.
18+ only
Our waitlist and breaks are for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has signed up, contact us and we will delete it.
